Whitney Coultas, FNP
Whitney Coultas is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 18 years of experience in healthcare, including a background in emergency medicine and critical care. After years working in fast-paced, high-volume settings, she transitioned into Direct Primary Care to practice medicine the way she believes it should be practiced — with time, access, and genuine connection.
She earned her graduate degree from Simmons University and has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner for over four years. Whitney is also certified in Functional Medicine through the School of Applied Functional Medicine, which strongly influences her approach to care. Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, she prioritizes understanding the underlying causes of health concerns and creating individualized plans that support long-term health and sustainable outcomes.
Her practice is intentionally small. By limiting her patient panel and removing insurance barriers, Whitney is able to truly know her patients, remain accessible when care is needed, and spend meaningful time at each visit. This model allows care to be thoughtful, personalized, and tailored to each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and physiology.
Whitney specializes in hormone optimization and replacement therapy for both women and men, including pellet therapy, peptide therapy, and medical weight management. Her approach blends evidence-based medicine with functional and preventative strategies to support hormone balance, metabolism, energy, longevity, and overall quality of life.
Above all, Whitney values trust, communication, and partnership. Her goal is for every patient to feel heard, supported, and empowered — never rushed or overlooked. She believes healthcare works best when it is personal, proactive, and built on real relationships.
